§ Can clients tell it's an AI?
Alex introduces herself as the firm's receptionist, and calls are recorded with a disclosure played at the start. We configure recording-disclosure language during onboarding to match your state's two-party-consent rules so you stay compliant out of the box.
§ How does this work with Clio / MyCase?
Native integrations on every tier. Alex creates the matter, attaches the call recording and transcript, sets the practice area, and writes intake notes. On Growth and Firm tiers, time entries flow into your billing engine automatically where supported by your case-management integration.
§ What about ethics — UPL, fee-splitting?
Alex never gives legal advice. Every engagement letter, retainer, and document Alex drafts requires your review and e-signature before it goes to the client. The supervising attorney is always the lawyer of record. § Can I cancel?
Solo: cancel any time during the 14-day trial or after, billed monthly, no contract. Growth and Firm: terms are set in your service agreement — most are month-to-month with optional annual discounts. Downgrades pro-rate to the day.
